Antique Mini Sterling Silver Tape Measure / Enamel/Swan Silver Hallmark/ Pink

Antique mini ornate sterling silver and enamel measuring tape.
Circa 1880.
This is a very pretty and unusual measuring tape, stamped “ sterling “ “ CWo” and an arrow ( please see photos ).
The top is very well decorated with enamel, in a pink guilloché color.
There is another silver hallmark on the side, it looks like a swan ( as far as I can see ).
The tape is in working condition.
The cloth tape is graduated in inches on one side and plain on the other side.
There is a tiny dent next to the hallmark ( please see photos ).
No chips or any damage to the enamel.
Minor scratches due to age and use.
H : 1/2 inches ( 1.2 cm )
Diameter : 1 1/4 inches ( 3 cm )
