    Description

MOVIE HERALD LOT - Exploitation and War Movies - 10 Different
Heralds were generally 8.5x11” advertising sheets given away by theaters and drive-in’s to promote upcoming films.
They had ad art and occasionally the film’s synopses on one side, and theaters could get their name or logo and address printed on them.
All of these original 1940’s and 50’s Harolds are samples (so no theater is noted) from the Dixie Litho Co. and Kay Film Exchange out of Atlanta, GA.
All of the Heralds in this lot are in Very Good to Near Mint condition, which is great considering their age.
In this lot, you’ll get 10 different Heralds from the following classic Exploitation, War, and Adult Themed films.
BURLESQUE IN HARLEM (1954) with Pigmeat Markham, Geo. Wilshire, and Vivian Harris.
CARNIVAL STORY (1954) with Anne Baxter, Steve Cochran and George Nader.
HARD, FAST, AND BEAUTIFUL (1951) with Claire Trevor and Sally Forrest.
    MAU-MAU (1955) Classic “adult” documentary.
PITFALL! (1948) with Dick Powell, Lizabeth Scott, Jane Wyatt and Raymond Burr.
A QUESTION OF ADULTERY (1958) with Julie London and Anthony Steele.
SAVAGE FURY (1956) with Noah Berry, Jr. and Dorthy Short.
SUNDOWN (1941) with Gene Tierney, Bruce Cabot, and GeorgeSanders.
THUNDERING WHEELS (1949) aka The Big Wheel. With Mickey Rooney.
TOO YOUNG TO KISS (1945) with Joan Leslie and Robert Hutton.
