awesome blast from the past
shows some surface wear
but graphics are very bright
especially considering the age of the piece.
as noted-the tape does not retract
all of the way into the tape measure
it pulls out and retracts but does not go all of
the way into the canister.
The tape has some slight fraying from age/use

I am re-listing this due to a dealer purchasing and
returning the item because he felt that the listing did
not disclose the defects on the tape measure even though
it was noted twice that the tape does not retract all of the way.
I would ask that you please do not purchase this
expecting a fully functioning tape measure.
Please note that this is an AS-IS tape measure.
I believe this piece would be a wonderful addition
for the collector of Roosevelt Square Deal memorabilia
and also for the Whitehead & Hoag collectors.
